This is a service you can trust. They're timely. They're thorough. I think the best part is that the techs aren't working on commission and won't tell you that you need something unless you really do. I had been with another service prior to this one and I know from experience how important it is to be able to trust what the tech is telling you. They provide service for all systems; no need to have a different plumber, electrician, or HVAC tech. I highly recommend Efficient Systems.

Having Efficent Systems as our service team has been a good decision. I can call from a state away to have repairs and maintance issues dealt with quickly, dependably and EFFICENT! You can't ask for more than that. Our company has depended on Efficent Systems for several years now and we don't need to look elsewhere for service.

Very professional. The tech, Jim, was punctual, called to let me know he was on his way -- even earlier than expected. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. He found something that was less than ideal, showed it to me and explained things so that I understood what should probably be replaced. In the six years or so that I've been dealing with Efficient Systems I've never felt anxious about their checkups as I had with my previous provider, always wondering what "they" were going to find wrong this time and if the replacement was as necessary as they said it was, and how much it would cost me. I totally trust Efficient Systems and wouldn't even consider a second opinion when they say something needs attention. Great service from honest people.

Punctual, efficient, polite, careful in clean-up. Follow-up with minor issues was quick. Price was comparable to other company estimates, but Sean was more attentive to details and recognized potential problems that others had missed. Very pleased.

Trying a new company is always scary but you all made the experience very pleasant. It did help knowing you came recommended by a dear friend! The gentleman who came to our door was friendly, neat, quick, efficient, and knew his job! He even gave us literature when he noticed we had a dehumidifier that might be part of a recall for fires.
Will definitely try this company again for other problems!

Rob was great! He explained everything that he found incorrect with the installation of a new HVAC system from another provider. He was able to correct and improve the system in a couple of hours and answered any question I had and gave me tips for maintaining the system.

I was assessed an additional large fee because the employee had to turn on a wall switch. I will never use Efficient Systems again after this deception and inflating the service fee.
