After 15 + years of being a loyal customer of Eastgate Optometry, I will never use this office again. This Dr. chooses to value the dollar instead of customer service. I was given misinformation by one of her female employees and this could have been avoided if she would have taken the time to verify first. She was too interested in selling me new glasses and had no interest in helping me with the defected ones I previously bought with this office.

The best eye care I have had in many years. A new Dr as a change on insurance, boy am I glad. Excellent service and thorough exam.

These folks who work here are soo very nice and helpful. Even before I became a customer, they helped put my lenses back in the frames and would NOT let me pay them. I had been told by my eye dr. from my insurance company that it would be 3 weeks to get new glasses, I had lost mine. They wouldn't even call to ask about a rush. Eastgate Optometry Care said 4 days and I had my glasses in 4 days! I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are GREAT!

I think that the Doctor has found a better solution in contacts for me. I can see much better now. I have recommended her to my boss and several friends. Nice people who work there. Very personable.
