I have never had a more pleasurable experience in a doctors office. Dr. Karpo is attentive, gentle, and holds a great conversation; she is all around pleasurable to see. The girls at the front desk are full of life, very knowledgeable, and also offer great conversation. I feel like I am home when I visit there :)

Excellent, both from the medical and administrative perspectives. Dr. Karpo does all the extensive eye testing herself, rather than farming any portion of it out to an assistant. Personalized, caring, prompt. From a cosmetic standpoint, if you need to select frames, both she and her staff have an artistic eye and can point you toward what works best--or less well--for your face. Lovely people.
