My overall experience was great, starting with the initial meeting with Kelvin to discuss the installation of a patio door and windows ordered by another dealer. Kelvin's installers did a good job and came back to install another door I ordered.

customer service was OK at best , felt sales people were much to busy to deal with my questions and slow to return my phone calls. Price was abut equal to your competitors which i felt provided better customer service , and they seems happy to take my $4000.00 sale and returned my calls when they said that they would .

I was assisted by one sales rep when purchasing new windows, and another sales rep when purchasing crown, base and casement moldings. My experience with the window purchase was great. No hiccups, good customer service. My experience with the molding purchase was not as smooth. We had to make extra trips to pick-up materials due to errors in available inventory, and receiving the wrong size molding. The sales rep on this purchase always seemed to be "catching up" with what was going on. It became frustrating at times. Minus that experience, their prices are very reasonable and they have a nice selection of doors, windows and accessories to choose from.

I had a great experience purchasing my windows from Door and Window Plus. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about all the product offerings from different brands. After discussing with Jeff, I decided to go with the Milgard Tuscany line for my window replacement. Best of all, their prices were great!! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to replace windows.

I am a contractor who has used these folks for purchasing doors of a better quality as much as I can. I recently went in to buy doors for my own home. Kelvin was great. Even though it took awhile to get from Pasadena to So. El Monte, as we walked out after ordering my Wife said, "well it was a long drive but I had forgotten [from her last time] what a nice guy and how knowledgeable Kelvin was- I'm glad we came." I just finished recommending them to another customer this morning.
