We were very disappointed. My daughter (11) had her 6 month chk up and cleaning. It should have been an easy appointment yet she left in tears. I felt that the staff did not listen or care when my daughter explained her condition and how she felt.
They lied to her, pressured her even attempted to pull out a loose tooth against her wishes and without my consent. It was not necessary. All they did was add to my daughters anxiety.

Very unprofessional and unorganized, and very surprised at how I was treated. I couldn't believe that this place was in business.

Dr. Sina was amazing! So gentle and makes the kids feel safe, happy and relaxed! I was really afraid my son would be afraid but he was so good because of the comfort she gave him' thanks Dr. Sina you are amazing....

I love Dr Sina. She has been my children's dentist for ten years. She is great with kids and can be completely trusted to make sure my children are comfortable and safe. She is very good to talk to me about how I can improve the dental health of my children. Side note...... Before Dr. Sina, I took my kids to 4 other general dentist trying to find the right fit and it didn't work out with any of them. Dr. Sina is the best.

I love Dr. Sina and her dental staff, but the receptionist in the front is rude and has a bad attitude. I came in for an appointment for my two kids and she informed me that my insurance had lasped. I knew that it had NOT and she argued with me and refused to call them again to recheck. She gave me a number to call and it wasn't good for memebers only providers and I couldn't reach anyone. I had to leave the appointment and go home, call my insurance that assured me that my coverage was indeed valid. I called back and told the receptionist that my insurance was indeed valid and she "assured" me she would call me back within 15 minutes. Two hours later I called back and she had finally gotten the correct information, by then I had to reschedule my kids appointments. This normally wouldn't have been a big deal but my son has Autism and they only see special needs children in the morning. I was able to get him in the office a few days later but my daughter had to wait until after our vacation.
It was an aggravating experience.
The ONLY reason I go back to this office is because of the care Dr. Sina and Hetah provide my son. The receptionist needs a customer service lesson.

My son was VERY difficult for his dentist visit. He's 5 and has had bad experiences with a past dentist. The dental assistants that worked with him were very patient, talked to him on his level, and were willing to go the extra mile to get their job done. Not only did they take turns so nobody got overly impatient with him, they allowed themselves to take their time so that nobody was hurt and the job was done right. By the time the dentist saw him, he was very upset and restless (it was quite embarrassing). However, the dentist was better with him than I was. She made jokes, took her time, and even stopped when it was obvious that she had hit his comfort limit.

Our overall experience has been poor since day one. We are looking for another dentist. Customer service is terrible. Even my kids don't like it and they cater to children.
