The staff is excellent, friendly, professional, and nice. The fees, however, are high! I am the kind of pet owner that feels that pets are not humans. So I don't think my pet's annual checkup should cost more than mine. Next time I'll have to compare prices. Thanks for the good care though.

We always appreciate feedback. Your input is invaluable to making a better experience for our community. We are sorry we are not able to follow up with you in person to address your concerns. We understand that we all have budgets set aside, including the allowance for pet check ups. I'd like to post an open letter to cover your concerns:
1. We love when people ask about our prices before, during, and after their visit. None of us like a surprise!
2. We strive to spread out vaccinations for our pets as much as as possible. Many of our vaccines have a 3 year duration. We can make for less stressful visits with fewer pokes, and spread out some of the cost of pet care over a longer span. Many shot clinics a one year vaccine, which means more frequent visits and pokes with repeated expense.
3. Vaccines are important, but we work to find small problems before your pet becomes very ill with expensive and threatening problems. Thorough annual wellness exams allow our veterinarian and certified veterinary technician team to catch problems early. After our exams we send home a written report card for your records. These report cards, along with our doctor's notes, are part of their permanent record, so we can avoid duplicating tests and medications that they don't need at their next visit.
4. We love saving people money! We fill out rebates for our patients on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. We also have our app, Dells Pet Connect, which gives you loyalty points to earn discounts on your next visit. We run promos year round on seasonal items that are important to keeping your pet healthy, such as heartworm tests, dentals, spays and neuters. If finances are a concern, we work closely with our clients to get their pet the care they need. Whether it be an emergency, or a regular checkup, we assist our clients with Care Credit and pet insurance.
