I was rushed because stylist told me she had to close. The haircut and the color was not what I asked for. I asked for layers but stylist didn’t do layers and after coloring and drying she said that she decided not to do layers and that i had to go to register and pay now. I showed her the picture that I showed at the very beginning to remind her that the color and haircut is not what I asked for. The stylist replied that she can fix it and that it would take much time but I would have to come back another time because she is closing. It was 4:30 pm on Saturday. While their schedule says they are open till 6 pm on Saturdays. I asked the stylist if she would just finish the job because it’s very unconvinient for me to come another time. But she said no. She offered to come back on Thursday. I was so mad that I had to pay for something for hair service that would be finished on Thursday. Later I decided that I can’t trust going back to this place. What if again they do what ever they want and not what you want, run out of time and push you out?

I am truly sorry to hear you were unhappy with your service at D'Ametri's Aveda. I never meant to make you feel rushed during your appointment. Your experience is not at all up to our service standard at D'Ametri's Aveda. I would like to tell you that the salon owner, Ame, will gladly and personally take care of any of your hair needs and make sure you are happy with your hair and service. I sincerely apologize for not correctly understanding the entirety of your needs and should not have required payment until the entire service was completed and you were happy with the results. We would like to offer you a full refund and humbly ask for an opportunity to correct the whole experience and ensure you are happy with the end result.

My husband and I recently had our haircut with Karissa. We are both really happy with our services. Extra bonus the salon is in olde town Arvada and there are great places to shop or grab a bite to eat.

Stephanie was great. She really took her time and addressed my hair concerns. She had some great suggestions and techniques, and I walked out with a cute, more manageable hairstyle.

This was my first time coming to the Aveda Salon, and I will most definitely be back! Renee was one of the best hairdressers I've ever had and I had such a great time with her! Absolutely love the color and cut that she did on me, she completely listened to my desires as well as inputted some of her own suggestions which I also loved!

The expertise here is amazing. My hair is healthier and looks better than it has in 30 years since I started having my hair done at DaMetris. The owners make sure that only the highest qualified and trained people work there!

My cut and color aren't the worst ever. No one including myself can tell I even got color added. My bangs look like a 13 year old have herself her first bangs. I went in to give my hair some style, there is no style to it at all besides the child bangs. The stylist was very nice though.

This is the 3rd time Brittney has done my hair, and I've been beyond happy each time. She's wonderful, and I will absolutely be coming back for the foreseeable future.
