Dr. Orr has been a name well known in my family. When I was a girl my family bred and raised cockatails and he was our go to vet. Now 20 years later I was glad to know that he still practiced vet medicine and I brought in my little milksnake fully confident that he would have some answers for me. He was kind and understanding and handled her with great care. She's usually very skittish around strangers and so I wasn't really surprised when her response to him handling her was 'toned down'. I could tell that she wasn't quite sure of 'the stranger' but she could sense that he meant no harm to her. Even more, the cost for the exam and subsequent antibiotic treatment was not out of the ballpark as I was expecting. Very reasonable and affordable.

Camille at the front desk took so much time answering all of my questions and making me feel valued and confident in their care. Everyone who worked with us and our fog was happy, knowledgeable, and confident. We will certainly be back.

Second time using Creekside for boarding our two older dogs for a 2 night stay, but will be the last. Charged me and additional $115 for unauthorized vet visits and vaccinations even after they verified the vaccinations were just recently done. As a regular traveller I'll be taking my dogs (and my money) elsewhere in future though so hopefully they'll figure out it's a better business decision to just write off the cost of their mistake instead of losing a repeat customer.

Staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean. I would definitely recommend Creekside Animal

Dr. Orr and his staff are great. We did not have to wait long even though we were a bit early. They take great care of our animals and they are very kind to us.

We get our standard poodle groomed by Suzanne. Excellent service and she does a great job!
