Wow! If you want the red carpet rolled out for you and your pets, come to Coventry Animal Hospital! I was blown away by the customer service here! They treated me and my dog with the utmost friendliness and care, and even fit in my appointment when they were triple booked! The receptionists are super friendly, knowledgeable, organized, and made me feel like I was a long-term customer, not just another "number." After bringing my new puppy in to Coventry Animal Hospital, I immediately transferred my kittens records here as well. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone with a pet, and I look forward to staying with Coventry Animal Hospital for as long as I have pets, even if I move! Excellent job on excellent service, Coventry!

I love the staff and the vets, but the wait time is incredibly long. Visits for shots or annual exams always involve about 15 minutes total with a tech or vet and a 20 to 30 minutes wait either in the reception area or the exam room. Wish that would improve.

I really enjoyed Dr. Marchetti and Jess coming to my house to give Kino his shots and check her health. It was such a relief to me to know Kino is doing fine! I do love the home visits because I can't drive any more. Thank you!

The appointment was easy to make and my dog received very good care. Everything was explained to me in detail for the issue I took my dog there for. They treated him well and he loved all of the attention.

Best vet in Chester County. I like the fact that you guys are so "down to earth" and nice.. You make me and my pet feel really important. You, on the other hand, also give professional vet care and sound advice. Your office staff is always super friendly, fun to be around, and gives the impression that our pets are important.
