We've been going to Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital for approximately 20 years, now, and I wouldn't think of taking my animals any place else. We were clients, prior to seeing Dr. Hughes, Owner of the Hospital. Since he first began there, however, as "the new kid on the block", he has been our veterinarian. He has certainly come a long way, and we are proud of him! At this point in time, we feel he is almost like family. Not only is he professional, respectful, thorough in explaining and in instructing us, always ready to answer any and all questions we might have until he is sure we understand ... but, always calm, caring, reassuring, showing how much he genuinely loves his work AND our babies, and taking the time to make sure we, the owners, are comfortable as well. I don't think you can ask for more than that! I doubt you'd go wrong with any of the vets at Conejo Valley Veterinary, but I can personally say we have also been very happy with Dr. Thompson, Dr. Coscarelli, Dr. Yoakum and Dr. Levie, who has recently been following up with our "little one", while Dr. Hughes has been kept busy with staying on top of the construction and opening of the new hospital. Thank you, Dr. Levie ... you’ve been wonderful! In all the years WE'VE been with Dr. Hughes, HE has been with US ... through simple office visits, through long journeys of he and us trying everything in our power, hoping for the best, waiting, and finally seeing a miracle take place ... and through losing our precious family members (some of whom he had known as long as they had been with us) when it was their time to go to Rainbow Bridge. No matter how large or how small the matter, there is always a follow-up call or card ... or both ... from Dr. Hughes and from the Staff. You are incredible, and we are grateful for you. We're looking forward to moving into the new facility with all of you, and having you care for many, many more of our beloved pets over the years.

Excellent care for one of my chickens! I love that I can bring any of my animals to this clinic, no matter if dog or chicken they know exactly how to handle it!

The staff is supportive, knowledgeable and compassionate. In the event of our emergency, we found the help and shoulder they offered. I will bring back all 4 my our pets to them. I had the possible best experience in not so great of circumstance.

My wife and I AND our new puppy, ACE, were very impressed with CVVH. The hospital itself is fantastic and all of
the staff was very nice and helpful. Dr. Hughes was great with ACE and spent a considerable time with us answering all of our questions. And we're really excited about the doggy day care and the overnight services and have already made reservations for both. You have a great facility and staff and are obviously very caring of your patients.
