Since I purchased the tires on ~Oct 16, 2015, my car vibrates when I brake at high speeds. I think maybe the technician used too much torque and warped the rotors a little. I've been buying tires from Colonial for many years, and this is the first time this has happened. Recently (July 23, 2016), after they rotated and balanced the tires, I found two loose hubcaps and one balancing weight on the ground when I parked the car at home. This is not the first time I have found loose hubcaps after tire rotation. Before my current set of new tires, I have lost 2 hubcaps 1-2 weeks after having my tires rotated by Colonial Tire.

I am sorry for any trouble you may be having with your brakes. Even though I can't be certain that the brake issue was caused here, I am willing to fix the problem for you at no charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and I am willing to do what ever it takes to keep you satisfied.

upon recommendation of a trusted friend we went to Colonial for some vehicle maintenance. we now take all 4 vehicles there for everything from oil changes, to tire purchases, to more extensive repairs. we find Steve and Chris to be incredibly honest and helpful. They do work at a very fair price which provides great value. highly recommended.
