I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years. I have always loved Dr. Har off and his common sense approach to what he has recommended for my pets. My experience with Dr. Weiss has been less than desirable. She is rude and talks down to me. I am seriously considering going some where else next time my pets are due for shots. This place has gotten too busy, and I feel like they are too pushy and have lost the personal touch.

The doctor was supposed to call me when the surgery was over. I never heard from him. So I waited all day for him to call back. My time is as valuable as his. I could have planned my day a little differently and would have left me with some "wiggle" room for my day. His "boo boo" is looking better so far as I can see.

Every time we have been there, the staff and vets have always been so nice and helpful. We just wish that we could take our bird and iguana there!

I was given an APPOINTMENT for our dog to have shots and her checkup, yes it was an APPOINTMENT, I was contacted via text and I confirmed that APPOINTMENT... also confirmed it via email... I took my dog into the hospital at 8am which was the APPOINTMENT TIME... also, during this time I wanted her groomed, I was told that there was no appointment needed for grooming... so 6 hours later after complaining I was able to come back and get my pet, I was then told that I did not have an appointment for the checkup but it was for the grooming, which was totally wrong... the appointment for checkup was confirmed twice, and after being told I did not need an appointment for grooming, why would I have made one, I didn't... very poor business in this case for sure....
