Love your new Vet Dr. Lisa! She made our pup Boh feel so comfortable. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to really address his illness. Thank you for the toys and chalk board in the exam room. My two-year old was really entertained. That made our experience even better!

The kindest staff in the world. My little Penny is the only pet there when she is seen. Doesn't matter how many others are being seen that day. The treatment is personal and at that moment only your pet counts.
Based on what other people tell me, this office is expensive. However, I know that they don't get the caring experience we do.

As always the staff was professional and friendly. My mom joined me for the Vet visit with my cat, Krisco. It was her first time at a Vet's office. My mom, who is never totally pleased with anything, was very impressed with the staff and the environment. That is saying a great deal about the normal, professional, knowledgeable atmosphere. She also mentioned that she was pleased that the office did not smell like an animals:) I was very happy with the doctors expertise and understanding of what was needed or not needed for Krisco. Krisco is a difficult cat to exam and the staff made this visit the least stressful for her to date.

Dr. Shupak is highly competent and compassionate. She was honest and followed through in diagnosing my cat and prescribing the needed medication and making recommendations.
I was very impressed and will continue to seek her expertise.

I brought my dog Roxie in because she was limping and I thought it may because of a fatty tumor she has on her elbow. We were greeted by a friendly staff who made Roxie feel welcomed and loved. The exam was more thorough than any she has had in the past and I came away feeling I was now informed enough to make decisions that would guarantee Roxie's best quality of life. The Doctor and the techs are first rate.

I was treated very well as a customer with respect and care. I stopped by to purchase heart guard and frontline. Your staff member recommended a new product in the form of a collar which works better than frontline because it actually repels ticks and fleas. I am hoping it works and most importantly that there are no significant side effects.

I love going to the Burlington Vet Center. It is obvious that all the employees, from the top down, absolutely love taking care of and interacting with animals. They are also kind and courteous to humans.
