My daughter (7 years) had her first cavity filled. She always loved going to the dentist, so I was concerned this experience would change her mind. She did great and didn't complain of any pain. She loves this office because she said she can watch TV and everybody's very nice to her.

My husband took my daughter (Reagan) for a filling Saturday morning at 11:00. He had to wait 45 minutes for the dentist to come in and do the filling. He was not told that they were 'squeezing' her in, this was a regular appt. A 45 minute wait is unacceptable. We have been with the practice for many years and have been happy with the service leading up to this appt. Hopefully, this will not happen again.

From the first phone call to the appointments, these people at this company make you feel so comfortable. I had a work place accident, meaning it had to go through "Workmen s Comp", after my first appointment I had development a major infection, the staff went over and above dealing with a few different third party billing issues that could have delayed my treatment even longer and caused even more issues. These people at the Selma and Garner locations are true professionals from the receptionist to the dental assistance to the doctors they all make you feel comfortable and work their very best for your very best! simple amazing in this day and age, a true blessing!

I went in to get an infected tooth pulled by Dr. Franklin. I was greeted by Abby, who was professional yet friendly and helped me relax. We chatted and laughed for a few minutes while getting ready for Dr. Franklin. It was chilly in the room and Abbey wanted to get me a blanket, but I was good. I was in and out in a short time, I had no pain during the procedure, and didn't even have a need for the pain pills after the procedure. Dr. Franklin walked me through the procedure, numbed me, and was patient and thorough extracting the tooth (which had some strange roots) and cleaning up the infection. I was given after-care instructions, and told to call if I had any problems at all. For an extraction (which is never a pleasant experience), this was the best experience I have ever had! Thank you Abby and Dr. Franklin!
