If you are in need on an optometrist, this is the place to go to. Their staff is personable, accommodating and professional. Dr Long was detailed and very thorough. I have had yearly eye exams for over 15 years and this was by far the most informative one I’ve ever had.

During these scary COVID19 times, the Bissell team was well prepared. The appointments were spaced apart to give every patient their individual space. Calling before entering the building, all new precautions were taken from the moment entering the wait area with hand sanitizer. The staff makes sure your concerns are answered during pre-exam, the exam. Trying on eye glass frames - each pair were wiped off with sanitizer before and after each pair were tried on. This staff goes well beyond making you feel safe and comfortable, they care about YOU as a patient. Thank you Bissell for all your extra efforts!

The Drs and Staff there are always amazingly nice and helpful! I have never received such great service at any eye drs before and I’ve been to quite a few! Very clean nice new building. Lots of trendy affordable frames to choose from. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know who needs glasses forever!

From the friendly greeting when I walked in to Dr. Long's clear detailed explanations, I have had completely wonderful experiences here.
No medical mumbo-jumbo.
It is a pleasant experience.
At my most recent visit, the staff was gloved and masked to keep me and themselves protected from possible Coronavirus infection.
They didn't push me to buy a new pair of glasses.

Everyone in the office were wonderful. The first thing that was said to me when I walked in was a warm greeting and then to please use the hand sanitizer. Very mindful process!
From Marla getting me started and Ashley assisting me with choosing frames....it was an easy task.
As for Dr. Bissell, he is wonderful! Very informative and seems very dedicated to his patients. I promised Dr. Bissell I will schedule yearly check ups from now on!

Very efficient and friendly staff. Wait time was minimal if at all. Moved from tests to Dr. coming in and picking frames in a very timely manner. I must have tried on at least 50 frames and everyone was patient and very helpful. New office is awesome!
