From reception through veterinary care, everyone is kind, considerate, knowledgable, and gives the utmost personal care for my treasured pet. They treat my dog as if she were their own, with love and compassion. And they treat me just as well as they treat my dog!

I came in with a minor Emergency on a Monday. I was seen immediately my the wonderful veterinarian tech Kristin. She explained everything and gave me an estimate of the cost and how long it would take.. The doctor did a great job. He was kind, professional, and courteous. I talk a lot and believe me all the vets that work there listen even though sometimes I am sure I can be a handful. I love my dogs like kids and I would never take them for medical care anywhere else. This place is wonderful and fabulous!

The staff is so sweet. I appreciate how everyone understands the attachment and love I have for my dog. And when I drop her off they treat her like she's their own. I love how Dr. Van Valen remembers Lottie and is never in a rush to end appointments. She'll answers questions as long as I'm asking. She's in good hands at Bear Creek.

Good, friendly staff and vets. They treat animal and human well. Thorough exams and helpful explanations of what's going on with your furry friend.
What keeps me from giving five stars is the high prices charged for meds. I don't expect Costco pricing, and I do understand I'm paying something for convenience, but it's still expensive.

I anticipate I'll have a much better experience next time, but my first visit couldn't rank more than average. I waited 55 minutes to see the vet, and no one ever offered explanation or apology for the delay. When I told the vet, he was apologetic, though; and the time with him would easily warrant 5 stars. I'll go back and give it a second try for sure. The facility is beautiful and the vet himself seemed to be high quality.

They were very helpful and answered any question I had. This is my first pet that I've owned on my own and so I was nervous for our first appointment. Very friendly and welcoming. Great experience!
