The receptionist was very professional and efficient. She asked a lot of questions and worked up a plan so that I could decide all my options and the estimated costs. The lobby was very clean. The technician was very gentle and attentive to my dog. I could not believe how fast he and the vet gave shots and drew blood! They were so thorough. I am extremely pleased. And my dog is happy too.

Great service by the Doctor. She spends a great deal of time with the customer discussing their pets needs. The only criticism is the length of time it takes to complete the visit. I was in there for almost two hours. Again the service was great because the doctor explained information to me in ways I could understand and appreciate. I guess she takes the same time with everyone so I can appreciate the length of time I spent in the waiting process.

OJ was sneezing and I could tell he was miserable so I wanted him to be seen. Not only did I get an appointment the same day I called but they were on time with the appointment and he was diagnosed and on the way to recovery.

Thankfully, my geriatric Siamese Spike is a well known visitor to Battlefield. The front desk and the assistants all treat him with kindness and care. Dr Marron is super good with him and took care of his infection professionally and with Spike's welfare in mind.

Were dis-satisfied with the clinic we were using & ready to change. Our pet is very anxious at the vet, but she was put at ease very quickly. Dr. French made our experience very relaxing and I was very impressed with the interaction between Bella & all the staff. As a pet owner I am looking forward to using Battlefield as our primary clinic. Thank you to the staff for such an enjoyable experience.
