I was told the price for flee and tic Meds and the basic check up would be 130 for each dog the heart worm test would be free. So when the vet came in and I told him what I wanted and told him what I was told he said no it was more then that.
He told me the price was for a different med which he pointed to on the wall.
I know what I asked for I had called around and everyone was about the same for the Meds but you offered free heart worm test.
I was very disappointed that I paid for a check up that I only needed because of flee and tic Meds.
i asked the young man who helped me who the owner was and he told me he didn't know. I said how do you not know who you work for so I asked the girls do they know who the owner was and the guy said they don't know they are interns.
His response quite often was we will see. I was asking for a number the owner which he couldn't give me told me to call back when Kathy was in. I said how about you have her call me. He said he would.
Bastet Veterinary Hospital replied:
your absolutely right about the heartgard 1 year supply is $130 for EACH DOG and you get a free heartworm test for EACH DOG, So in total it would have costed you $260. The problem was you wanted FREE flea meds with that also and that wasn't the deal and on top of that you only has $130 cash on you, so how was our staff going to get you the deal when you kept changing it stating 130 for everything and flea meds. We treated you professionally and even asked you to take care of one dog and come back later for the second and your won't be charged another exam, but you were to mad to even hear our suggestions and wanted everything your way. Sorry Kristy we did our best with you as much as we could but we can't just give products for free, no company will.

Our dog usually hates going to the vet and she shakes the whole time she's there. But she was completely different at Bastet and she seemed very comfortable. We will be bringing her back here next time she needs to go to the vet.

Dr. Girgis is the best. You can tell he loves animals & wants to do whatever he can to help them if something is wrong. I have a Teacup Chihuahua (Khloe) that i have taken to him for the past 4-5 years for a number of different things. I would never take her anywhere else. He takes the time to answer any questions i have & explains everything. he is the only Vet Dr i trust my dog with. Thanks for everything Dr. G. Amy & Khloe

I called for an appointment to bring my cat in for teeth cleaning. I got an appointment right away and received a discount also. I picked my cat up about 4 hours later.

The attention provided towards my Lucy was admirable and the advice provided was needed as well as the options that were provided for future consultations. I feel blessed to have found a Vet that I believe both my kids will receive the attention they need as they progress through their lives.

They were so helpful! Our dog mysteriously had a very swollen ankle, and our friends referred us to Bastet. We went in and were helped immediately. They were kind and great with our dog. They stayed well past their closing hours to make sure everything was okay. The next day we had some concerns about the upper leg becoming swollen and they told us to come back in free of charge. Our dog is fine now and we are so happy with Bastet. Bottom line, they are very straight forward, don't try to sell you anything, and they genuinely care about you and your furry friends.

I love your clinic. Dr. Gorges assisted me a year and half ago to put to sleep my old dog Mi Lady due to Cancer out tumors . I brought my new dog Captain to meet him and to be part of your clinic community. My experience as always is great
