I've tried several Pilates Studios and I like the peaceful, calm atmosphere at AZ Body Mechanics. I truly enjoy Hope's Step 1 Reformer Classes and Brittany's Step 2 Reformer Classes. I'm still trying the other classes that are offered and looking for the best fit for my schedule. I would love it if there were a few more Step 2 Reformer classes with Brittany that were either early or in the evening so that I could attend. I like that the music and lighting is low - it's the great workout that I come away from feeling relaxed. A great combo.

Everyone there is wonderful and really care about their clients. I attended my first pilates class IT WAS AWESOME. A real work out and I will be back. I have been a patient for several years I love them.

I LOVE the instructors -- Brittany, Jeni, Katie and Ranae!!
I'm dismayed, however, at the diminishing number of classes and lack of maintenance of the reformers. Just yesterday I was asked if I'd recommend my pilates studio and I realized, sadly, NO.

I have been working with AZ Body Mechanics for 5 months. They have helped me prep for a full hip replacement surgery and are also working with my physical therapy after the surgery. I enjoy working with the entire staff, they certainly know what they are doing.

I found the office to be professional and informative. I'm on the fence in regards to the stem cells rejuvenation as I haven't found anyone that has done it. I recommend them highly though.
