We have worked with Austin over the past 13 years. He has designed and installed entertainment systems that met or exceeded our requirements for television and music. His crew stayed on budget and finished on time. When some additional fine tuning was needed to make the components work properly, Austin made himself available right away.
We would give AV Specialists an A+ for products and service.

AV Specialists designed and installed a TV and audio system in recently purchased home that was requested to work with current technology as well as capability to handle older technology (CDs, VHS).

After our first meeting with Austin we were impressed with his knowledge and personality. His written quote was very detailed and included images of all devices specified and their specifications. All items were broken down by room. This is the kind of organization we like and his proposal was far and away better than others we had received for the same project.
Austin, Dana,and Robert are not only proficient at what they do but they are people oriented and easy to get along with. We interacted easily and they were very patient with my many questions. Several times I left them to work in my home as I went out. My project was extensive and they had to adjust not only devices specified in the original quote but the installation and programming. Austin was very patient with my many adjustments to the original plan, and also flexible with payments.
Being from out of town we used our best judgement and our selection of AV Specialists proved to be the correct one
