My experience with atrium animal hospital is always pleasant,the girls are very nice,& friendly,Dr Patrick is very professional,he did my 5 makes bunnies surgeries ,it was perfect.

The staff was very caring and professional. My little dog had not been feeling well. He was better by the time I was able to get him there. The vet ruled out several possible issues and prescribed some meds that should help if needed in the future.

Dr Morgan Lewis and her assistant Brittany were excellent. Dr Lewis asked all the appropriate questions and explained what procedures she was recommending and why. We had choices for our two cats. I was very pleased and comfortable. Both Charley and Henry were not afraid and felt good waiting and with the doctor. I do have one concern. We have been customers since 1999 with many cats. However when we called for either an appointment or still sample checked the Friday before we were told to go the the emergency vet clinic that no one at Atrium could see our cat or analyze the stool sample. Our cat had serious diarrhea and we were going to Duke Eue Clinic the following day for my husband’s serious eye surgery. It was shocking that Atrium was so cavalier about our concerns since were would be out of town because of surgery. When we returned a week later both cats were ill with serious diarrhea and vomiting. I thought Atrium should have seen Charley on that Friday and perhaps cleared up his problem and perhaps Henry would not have gotten ill. Thank goodness both were seen and treated when we returned home a week later.
