There arent many options but the staff dont do anything to make you feel welcome. When you go there, theyre all on their cell phones and pretty much ignore you. In the few years ive had the service ive had very few requests and most of needed several emails before getting responses. Ive missed inportant documents and feel as though its literally an exchange of almost $100 a month for an address, nothing more. It doesnt take much to keep clients happy but you wont find that here. As soon as i have the time to find an alternative, im gone. It will be worth the hassle of switching all business correspondence addresses.

Very professional and extremely helpful staff. Also, the conference rooms are wonderful. I feel so fortunate to have had ABC as my office for several years. The best feature is -- the people who make it happen on a daily basis!! Thank you all.

I get the address I want, although the facilities themselves are not up to the caliber of the address. The valet guys are rude and when you're there just to pick up mail, always want you to pay full Valet costs even though you're in there for 5 mins. The front desk person is adequate, but you don't feel good about walking in there. After getting past her, you get to some cubicles where everyone is on there cell phones and don't even acknowledge you. I feel as though I'm through money down the drain every month but need the address. That's all it is. That and nothing else. For now it works, but the minute something better comes along. I'm gone...
