The staff was incredible! I brought two animals and two kids into the office and they went above and beyond to help me! They were so sweet to my children, made sure I understood everything in detail, gave me options for services, and truly made me feel confident that I was getting quality care and genuine customer service! Everyone was great! They were able to get my new pet Hurley in for surgery the morning after I got him. The surgery went very well and now my doggie is very happy:). I highly recommend them to take great care of animals as if they were their own pets!

I was charged $115 for grooming and my dog was not given a bath. This is the 2nd time this has occurred. When I complained they assured me he was bathed. The dog stinks! I am physically unable to bath him at this time. Good customer service would offer a complimentary bath. I am a long standing customer since the clinic opened. Yet I waited a month and a half for a grooming appt.

Lions is doing great. You would never know she was attacked by those two large dogs. She is back to her old self running and jumping, and she has no limp. Thank you so much for doing the surgery on Lion's leg and puncture wound in her chest. You are the best Dr. Tarabula!

This clinic treats waterfowl! It was recommended to us by Cobb Emergency Veterinary Hospital. This is one of the very few exotic pet veterinary clinics in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. Very impressed with the professionalism & expertise of the staff & attending veterinarian, Dr John Tarabula, as well as with the considerable length of time he spent evaluating our pet. Drove 64 miles to this clinic to have our Chinese goose evaluated. It was an excellent first experience with this clinic, & we will make every effort to continue using this vet for all of our pets, regardless of the distance from our home.

Excellent care and service. I live in Jasper. Definitely worth the drive to Canton. With all our animals I know alot about good/bad vet care. Dr. Tarabula provides excellent care. His combination of experience and professionalism is rare. Would recommend your clinic to anyone who truly cares about their animal.
