Bundle excellent medical care with grooming and boarding services and you have complete life-long care for your four-legged love ones right in Orleans, even if you leave town from time to time.

The staff that weighs the animals knows how to work with them, and they want to be sure everything is set for the vet's exam (even shooing the vet out of the room). Dr. Family is very competent and is interested in his client's owners as well as the client -- and OJ loved the attention given to him. Suggestions for care were useful.

It is interesting but in the past several months I felt a more gentle approach at the front desk! Over time, I have felt that there wasn't enough of a friendly environment at the front desk when I came to check in Chatham. That seems to of all change now. Your customer focus is great and it's nice to feel appreciated! Many thanks, John and Rich
