I don't know if he caught a cold while he was there, but my cat can't seem to "meow", when he tries to "purr" it sounds like his esophagus is loose. He makes a cough that sounds like his insides rattle. He was in for front nail removal. Do not want to make any accusations yet, but somethings not right. The staff was friendly and the work was done precisely as they said.

I will be calling you back shortly to go over this as this review is the first that we have heard that there was a problem. As the take home notes sheet indicated to you, if you have questions you should call the office. I suspect this is minor irritation from the endotracheal tube that was used for anesthetic delivery during the procedure. We are certainly ready to recheck your pet at no charge as a follow up. If there are medications required, there will be a charge for those meds. Dr. Butler

As always, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Brutler was wonderful with our two puppies as he gave them a check-up and shots. I so glad to have such a wonderful vet and staff to care for our new family members

Had to have my cats declawed due to moving into a household with family member on blood thinners and another rescue cat that had previously been declawed. Chose AMS because of their use of laser surgery. Very pleased with the quality of care my fur babies received. Both cats seem to be healing quite nicely and experiencing minimal pain, as I have not seen them limp, lick, or bleed. If you must declaw your cat, I highly recommend the Dr. Butler's expertise with the laser surgery method.

I've been there twice. I've gone to other vets on the westside but started coming to you because you are the closest to my home. I'm disappointed that the vet has never come out to say hello and introduce themselves.
