My normal dentist this, and he told me he wouldn’t work on me until the mandate was lifted. I called American Dental Solutions and they got me in as soon as they could. The Doc on and his team were amazing. Besides from how friendly everyone was, but I didn’t feel any of the injections either. I plan on using this team for now on.

Visit was very short for a consult. Not the fault of the endo, who was able to quickly see me. Information given was a repeat of exactly what my general dentist had said.
No complaints on the office itself, but was sent there after American Dental call center assured me the endo accepted my insurance and was in-network. Endo did not, visit ended up being fully out of pocket, and I still have to find and schedule an in-network endo for the root canal now. No complaint about the office or providers at the location, all the complaints about the misinformation received from American Dental's call center.

Overall I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They were able to provide details related to future procedures that needed to be done and were quite reassuring.

After the Dentist started my treatment, he kept going to other patients and taking a long time with them. He had gone for so long that my mouth lost the numbness from his injection. The assistant he gave me chose not to wear enough protection gear and even when I complained she didn't seem to care. There is Covid-19 and most of us are even postponing appointments for that reason. To see someone not caring about my health is very discouraging.

I had a horrible experience. I sat in the room for over 30 min just sitting there waiting for someone to come take a look at my teeth. Everyone there was very unprofessional and it was the most unorganized dentist office I have ever seen. The only good thing that I have to say is what I needed done took no time at all once someone finally came to see me. The worst part was just sitting there waiting and waiting. I was a few min away from just leaving. Avoid this location at all costs!
