My first time in I was immediately made very welcome and comfortable by the staff. I was promptly seen right at my appointment time which I greatly appreciated.

The staff was great. The service was excellent. I got very lucky and found the right place.

If you are looking to social distant during the pandemic I would not recommend this location. During my first visit the Lobby was full of people waiting on appointments (One not wearing a mask), No individual rooms for treatment. After finding out I had a tooth that was abscessed I was sent home with no antibiotics and referred to another American Solutions dentist. When calling to schedule with that dentist at another American Solutions location it was scheduled with the wrong dentist by their call center. I am very sad to say I have had no follow up to see how the tooth is doing or a call from the supervisor (which i requested when learning about the scheduling mix up). My pets get better care at my veterinarian. The search for a dentist continues for me as I will not be continuing care here.
