Had all four wisdom teeth removed. Other than a mishap on the first scheduled date, where I didn't receive any information about how to prep for the appointment, everything went very well. They only had to push me back two weeks. The appointment barely took 45 min and the Dr found my vein easier than any other doctor ever has, including at york hospital. Overall very pleased with this place.

We were extremely disappointed as we had questions regarding various permanent teeth of our son’s that haven’t grown in yet. The nurse barely acknowledged my husband and did not even offer the opportunity for us to ask questions of the dentist on behalf of our 6 year old son.
We do understand there are restrictions due to Covid, HOWEVER, it is very unprofessional for a medical establishment to not even TALK to the parents of an elementary minor.

This review is aimed specifically at the Lancaster/Lititz team and the oral surgery team led by Jill. They were very helpful in arranging appts and keeping me updated on labs.

I will return to my former location. This place had no warmth and I do not feel I was greeted properly when I arrived. The only good thing about this visit is the the person who cleaned my teeth. She was nice and personable. I appreciate her for her work and personality. The doctor was very cold and dismissive to me. Lastly, the woman who rang me out was not friendly either and appeared irritated when I asked questions about what I was paying for and decided to point to signage in their office, instead of kindly explaining the reasoning. This location is not the one for me.
