I stopped at Allen company early on a Saturday after finding a flat tire in a hospital parking lot late the evening before. They were just opening but took the time to see me, check me in and got to my repair almost at once. I recently moved back into CA from Idaho where I dealt with Les Schwab Tire company and thought I would never find a similar company but now I have found Allen and will stay with them for my future tire needs.

Unable to reach Alan Tire Co by phone, so I drove there on a Saturday for an oil change. I was happy that they got me right in, even though there were several other cars being serviced at the time. The wait time was not bad. The price was in the right ballpark. The service person spoke to me personally advising me of the status of my car and made recommendations for future service that needed to be done. No pressure. There were plenty magazines in the waiting area besides automotive related. The waiting area was clean with plenty seating. Restroom was also very clean. I was pleased with my visit and will return in the future.
