Been working with Allen Tire in Mission Viejo for 8 years. Tim, the current manager has done a great job caring for my clients and my personal vehicles tire and alignment needs. Many times I have called and referred people last minute that needed emergency tire work or just a favor. Tim has always met the need and called me back with options if it was required. Noticed a screw in my tire and went in about an hour before they closed. It was determined that a new tire was needed due to the location of the screw (couldn't be patched). They did not have my tire but drove over to another location to get a tire even late in the day. Tire was replaced in 45 minutes.
