These guys no what there doing...middle of summer and my unit stopped working! I thought I would be on a list waiting for service. That's what most places tell you! Air one asked me when they could come to my house...I was wowed! They made an appointment to my convenience. Turns out I had just blown a fuse...the service tech was great took care of it and got me back online. I will only call Air one for all my hvac needs. The last time Air one came to service our AC they sold and installed an air purifier for $1,700. We found out a week or so later, when our Rainsoft rep came to our home, that we already had an air purifier through them when they installed our water softener. My husband contacted Air one to tell them, ask them to remove it and refund our $1,700. and they did NOT. We will NOT do business with them again. Kristen Atkinson

Love this company! Switched to them when another company switched the wires on my condenser and almost burnt out the motor. Good service, on time. Highly recommend.

Ronald came to my house yesterday and assessed my air conditioning. He suggested changing out vent diffusers, and I agreed. His suggestion is awesome! The less restricted diffusers make a big difference. I can't remember the name of who came with him, but both of your guys are smart, courteous and professional. A sincere thank you. Stephen Peck

They came out before appointment, and got right to work fixing the problem. They were very friendly and they were even willing to help with answers hours after the work had been completed. Called a few times as I was having issues with a/c they called Edison on my behalf to see what was going on and called me back and gave me the update. This business is full of friendly and very helpful people.
