You killed berbie and had way to many excuses for you actions. You did not inform us that the antibiotic you gave her could cause excessive side affects. We would never bring another animal to you clinic or advise any of our friends to go there either. Three days after she was at your clinic she was dead, and all she had was the beginnings of a cold.

Linda, we are extremely sorry for your loss. The antibiotic used in this particular case is a commonly used FDA approved drug for use in cats. It has been used safely by veterinarians across the country in millions of cats and dogs since it passed the safety tests required by the FDA for any new drug approval. As an American Animal Hospital Association member, we are held to a very high standard of medical care. We take pride in providing this level of patient care. One of the harder things to do at home is to give the needed medication orally - twice a day- to a cat who does not appreciate that. In order to ensure that your pet receives the needed medication, a long lasting antibiotic is often the best approach. In this particular situation the pet's illness rapidly progressed after the initial office visit. Radiographs had been taken and were sent to a board certified radiologist for review. When her condition worsened, the owners declined to bring her in for a recheck. Unfortunately, she passed away soon thereafter.

Staff is always very kind and gentle with my little terrier.
Every appointment we have had they are within 5-10 minutes of getting us into a room, always very informative of everything being done or needs to be taken care of.

Brought our new buddy Hemi in for a checkup since we just rescued him from the shelter. As always the staff was warm, caring and thorough in checking him over. I can't say enough about all of the vets, techs and assistants. They are truly the best!! Wouldn't take our babies anywhere else.

The staff at Advance Care are wonderful! They have taken great care of me and my girls. I love their fear-free techniques for a more comfortable visit for my dogs.

I called and wanted to have my dog Sadie seen right away for an issue with her ear. Advanced Care Animal Clinic was able to get her in that same day which I was grateful for! This is the 2nd time I have taken my dog there and I just love Dr Kennedy. I really like how friendly and knowledgable she is. I as able to find out exactly what was going on with Sadie and they were able to treat part of it right then and there. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere and its so relaxed. The girls at the front desk were so helpful as well! I plan to continue to take both my dogs there for vet services.
