I love going to eye appointments here. I realize that isn't the normal reaction to eye appointments, but the staff is friendly, fun, and get appointments done quickly and competently. I moved from Virginia to the district last year, and even though it is much less convenient - I will never go anywhere else. **highly recommended**

Dr. Varghai is literally the best eye doctor I have ever had, and I've been wearing glasses or contacts since 3rd grade. She listens and explains in a straightforward manner, and I never feel rushed when I go to see her. Kat at the front desk is equally as awesome. I am always a little sad when I go in for an appointment and Kat is not there. I trust that she will give me the best prices, working with insurance, and I don't have to worry about the kind of shenanigans other places sometimes put people through. I did have a less than great experience once with a staff person who yawned in my ear incessantly and was in a rush to get off the phone but usually everyone is super friendly and I'll keep going back.

My appointment was quick and efficient, but I still left feeling cared for and like all of my questions were answered. The staff was friendly and personable as well. Couldn't ask for more!

Well the appointment went great. Nice staff, Dr. Varghai was great, very pleasant, friendly, and professional. I have not received my glasses yet my appt. was just yesterday. So I will have to wait to remark about the glasses. However, the price of the glasses are way over priced $1,300.00, cost to me $871. I will not purchase (and should not have purchased them) any more glasses from them. Even being progressive type with the blue light treatment, they surely should not be that expensive. After doing some research, the average price for progressive type glasses with the frames, should be anywhere from $400. to $600. No where did I see any prices in the range of $1,300.
So to final this out; the service was good, but to pay that much for glasses as far as I am concerned - it is price gouging.
