I can't thanks this staff enough for the exceptional customer service and thorough eye exams my daughter and I had. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very pleasant. I had a concern with my current prescription provided by another Optician and Dr. Sprague went over those concerns with me.From start to finish, this was by far the best service I've received in all the 19 years that I've worn glasses.

The staff at Sussex Eye Center were friendly and professional. The desk staff took the time to find out if my insurance would work and called me back to provide information. When selecting glasses staff members provided me with honest opinions and helped me choose a great pair. The doctor was also efficient, friendly and thorough.

Wonderful experience. I called at 8:45am with a broken blood vessel in my eye & had an appointment by 9:30am. The staff & doctor were terrific.Everyone was professional, thorough & caring. Thank you so much.
