The staff is always very friendly and helpful when we visit. They love my pup and do such a great job with him. He is never freaked out about visiting and is usually excited. The new process of waiting in the car is a lot less stressful on the dogs and worked very smoothly.

STEEP PRICING.. Should have started my puppy at Banfield pet hospital. Hope springs charged me $20 to trim my dogs nails. After telling me the back were so short she barely touched them. Also I called last week bc my dogs ears were bothering her so I suspected the infection had returned. I called to make an appointment bc she paws at them repeatedly through the day. I was given an appt TWO weeks away! I know there are other customers but I feel like an infection should be a sort of priority. Don't get me wrong, staff is always kind and professional but I'm just displeased in more ways than one.
