As always--staff was friendly and helpful. I did have to wait about 20 minutes for my 8:50 appointment. I wouldn't expect to wait that long, that early in the day. But everything else was fine.

The eye checkup went very well. Dr. Thamel answers all of my questions. Everyone there is very nice and pleasant. The gentleman who helps you pick out frames is wonderful and so helpful.
