I had a crown done and the office knows I am afraid of dental procedures. I believe the woman assisting was very new. I took the valium prescribed ahead of the appointment and her inexperience was evident, prolonging the appointment at least 20 minutes. All I wanted was to get out of there before I broke down in tears. She couldn't get the stuff she used as a mold off my teeth and I felt like a horse getting a dental. YUCK!!!! Considering changing dentists after my last two experiences here.

I assure you that your dental assistant is experienced and highly trained. Unfortunately, as with anything in life, sometimes things don't go as planned and taken longer than expected...your dental phobia must have made this experience that seem much worse. The staff and Dentists are very friendly and it is a joy to come to the office. I will miss Dr Landon.

For the first time after having my teeth cleaned my mouth hurt, not just for 1 day but for several days. I hope this is not something that will continue to happen. Other than that the rest of my visit was good. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
