It was my first time going there. The staff was super friendly and nice. Everything my insurance covered they explained it to me perfectly. Their eye exam equipments are up to date and my experience with Bella Eye Care was great.

I had a very bad experience when i went in to pickup my new pair of glasses on Aug 23, 2016
1. I had given my old pair of specs so that the lab can use it to copy the size of lenses for my new pair, however, when I got my old pair back, it had a deep scratch on the right hand side lens. I was told by the Front desk lady that the doctor is not in today but they will call me back tomorrow. I did not receive any call back.
2. One of the lens from the new pair of specs has scratches where the drill holes are.

I walk in for the first time and was immediately greeted and treated as if I had been a long time customer.
What was very rewarding, is that I found many choices and options for the certain color I had been searching for on the Internet including designer sites,and a dozen retail places.

Everything was great as always! We tend to have trouble finding frames that fit well but everyone at Bella Eye is very accommodating and notified us when they had some options that would work for us available! They were also very helpful when we were picking frames out and explained things clearly about our lens options. We'd highly recommend Bella Eye

My two boys and I have been going to this place for couple years now. The Dr and staff are friendly and are good with the boys (age 6 and 9). I wear contacts and Dr. N is knowledgable about all the new updated products/contacts.
