The glasses I brought in yesterday for service were purchased with an "after care" fee attached to the price with Dr. Nichol. Since Dr. Nichol is the person I have been dealing with I was shocked that this clause was not honored. and that I was charged for the new lens.
Since this will be published on your web sight I will not sign my name but you know who I am.

Since you did not leave your name, I cannot comment on the specifics of your complaint. All of our frames and lenses have a 2 year warranty. I must assume that your glasses were over 2 years old, required a prescription change, or had damage outside normal wear and tear. If this is not the case, please feel free to contact me (Dr. Rayman) directly to address your concerns.

In and out in no time. Very professional and exceptionally bubby staff :) ! Wonderful experience and felt comfortable throughout. Loved the little 8.5 x 11 document at the front desk. Dr. Rayman's fees are less than what are recommended by opto society! Congrats. Every little bit helps with a family. Thank-you so much. There is a wee bit of humanity left in our world and knowing not everyone is greedy and after the all mighty buck.
With my family behind me I highly recommend Dr. Rayman and his staff, you will all be looked after extremley well.
