Staff is always professional and they are very welcoming. They are amazing with color, and definitely help explain everything to you while they are going along. I love coming here, and always walk out feeling amazing. I always get so many compliments on my hair cuts and color!

For a 1st time experience I was not pleased at all. The stylist who did my hair when he initially washed my hair he didn't wash the back, it took me lifting my head for him to realize the back had not been washed. As he was styling my hair his hands were to heavy with the flat iron and I could feel my hair pulling and breaking off. I asked for the feathered look and walked out looking like someone's grandmother. I had to pay someone else to give me the style I asked for.

This was my first time coming to this salon and had a hard time finding a black salon when I moved here to the Chicago area. Kim did a great job in coloring and styling my hair. She is a very sweet person and she will be my regular stylist from now on.
