The staff has always been ready to answer questions accurately and the Veterinarians have always been ready to explain any issues that come up. Encanto Pet has done a great job during this difficult pandemic period. They have really tried to ease the anxiety pet owners feel atnot being able to personally take their pets inside for the appointments.

The staff where very kind and helpful, the vet who examined my cat was very nice he explained his examination clearly also he explained a syneryo in my cat that was causing me concern and advised me to watch a YouTube video on it. I well definitely go the all around was great.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Dr. Hogan seemed very nice over the phone and I feel comfortable leaving my cat in their care.

Even with the virus isolation, the visit was easy and very satisfactory. The staff was friendly and the vet gave a thorough assessment over the phone. Answered all my questions and gave good advise on getting my prescription filled at lower cost. Cost of the visit was very reasonable.

The pickup process was fine. Just some confusion the day before regarding approval for the meds for our dogs. Got it worked out. Still don't like having to bring dogs in for treatment then waiting in veh. There's got to be a better way.

Dr Narley is great with dogs and with people too. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The curbside pickup was very easy for me. (your staff must be running around like crazy-not so easy for them). I got to talk to my vet (Dr. Nausley-a super vet). All my questions were answered.
