When the fuel pump stopped pumping on my Mercury, Gary at E&M recommended a tow company that reacted immediately and delivered the car to E&M. After a quick diagnosis Gary's Team had the new AMERICAN MADE OEM pump installed and I was back on the road. everything was fine except for not changing the "change oil soon" message.

Our car's engine warning light went off on a Sunday afternoon. We took the car to E&M on Sunday night and dropped the key in the key drop with a note. We did not have an appointment. By Monday mid day the car had been diagnosed, parts were procured, and the car was repaired and ready for pick up. Thanks Gary!

This is the most honorable and dependable auto repair facility around. Period. I can't say enough good things about Gary and his crew.

As you could tell, I was somewhat frustrated and disappointed that my two vehicles (Trailblazer and Cadillac) seemed to be leaving your service facility with new problems each time I brought them in to repair a different problem.

However, your concern and quick action regarding my complaint --coupled with your repair work "at no charge" --restored my confidence in your shop (however, I still have to drop by to have you scan the Trailblazer's "anti-lock" problem).
