As a homeowner who has an Indy house but lives 5 hours away, your staff went above and beyond in assisting me in the efforts to meet requirements from a home inspection. I spoke to both Kimberly and Cindy in the office who were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Jim was the electrician that completed my work and went beyond what was asked by reviewing the inspection report and making sure all items were handled per code, even putting in extra time and effort so all items could be checked off the list while he was there. He was informative and friendly and I appreciated the way he communicated with me by phone all thru the day. I would recommend Efficient Systems to all my family and friends for any of their electrical needs.

Efficient Systems has provided great service to my home for a couple of years now. We use them for A/C, heating, electrical, and plumbing. They are on time, work quickly, and do a great job. I would recommend them!

They can't seem to solve our heating error. They always have to reschedule. Parts are rarely available on the truck. They installed our new system but the past year has been awful.
