I bought a living social deal for eye exam and $150 towards glasses. I had an appointment the same day and the exam went well. The equipement at the facility is pretty new. That is why I give two stars. When it comes to choosing the glasses, service is absent and it is pricey. You are left alone browsing frames ranging from $150 to about $450 and the choices of style are limited. The "sales" person behind the counter did not give me any advice (for my budget, for how the frames look on me, etc). In addition, she kept checking what the other sales person was recommending to other customers, even leaving me several times to tell the other sales person what to say to the other customers. The price I paid for the polycarbonate lens only is $129 (vs $44 at Costco). For bifocal I was quoted $250 and 3 (reading, computer, distance) progressive $350. I had to insist to get first my reading single vision prescription and the the final eye exam results.

I was very pleased with the level if service I received by the Dr. and her staff. Ann Pham was extremely efficient and very helpful.

I've been going here for a few years now. The wait is never long and this last time I went (which was on a Saturday) I did a walk in and I was able to walk in and out in no time with new contacts.

Hey they are the GREATEST at Eastgate. Their whole staff is dedicated to Great customer service. They are a premier provider of optical services and are highly recommended. Try it you will like it. I have already referred a coworker to them.
