We have never had any issues with the services we have received from your facility. My concern however is that even though we were able to get Kaia's heartworm medicine there I am not thrilled that in the future we will have to go through and outside company and wait to get it through the mail. I would like to mention the experience my daughter had, no name, she brought her dog in recently to be sterilized. There was problems right away she brought dog back on numerous occasions and the problem had gotten worse.There was an infection and even though meds were given she felt the infection should have been drained. This did not happen and within 2 days the infection ruptured. Thank God her animal was okay but they felt it could have been avoided. And I have ti add she comes with a medical vackground.

Everything was wonderful as always. I have been a client there for years and many dogs along the way. They are caring and compassionate. I would not take my animals anywhere else. Hours are great. People have told me I could get it cheaper if I go other places, but the care they give is worth paying a bit more.

I LOVE the staff, they give my dogs the best care! I drive 14 miles to take my dogs to this facility and recommend them to anyone I know who has pets!
