Great improvement w/ my acid reflux. Who would have known that is the place to go for a hiatal hernia!! I'm impressed

Dr. Dunsky has been extremely thorough in helping get to the root of my problem and coming up with an effective treatment - something no one else has been able to do for my neck problems! He has a holistic approach which I love and for the first time in years my pain is being addressed and my mobility has improved so much. I'm just starting the new ARP therapy treatment and I can't believe how quickly my chronic elbow and shoulder injury is resolving (and I've been through multiple rounds of PT in the past with minimal improvement). The staff is always very pleasant and helpful - I feel like everyone here truly cares about how I'm doing- I always look forward to my appointments!

Went in for physical therapy from a sore elbow. Received ARC treatment and
the daily pain I was experiencing was transformed within a day to just a little
tenderness in my elbow.

The day of my visit i was fascinated by your office and its location, staff were nice and professional, however i felt i was left in the room for so long with out any attention, it was my first visit and i was being told that i will at least can get some treatment to decrease my pain, with some heat and using other tools, however i think they forgot all about it, and i left the office with huge amount of pain. I was completely left behind, and i left the office. Thats why i wont probably revisit your facility.

Most articulate and competent analysis of my injury. Informed me what was wrong, what happens because of the injury, explained the structure and reasons for pain and weakness as well as pointed out the intense parts. Also an in depth review of the process to recovery and what it will do. The friendliness of the staff is a big plus as it was a very personable experience. Great customer service and thorough explanations!

Follow up to previous 5 star rating. At the time of last rating, Dr Dunsky changed his policy and had me buy 3 appointments up front. Shortly thereafter, he bruised a nerve with his adjusting tool causing weakness in an extremity. When I explained this, he looked concerned and had me come in again for more treatments. At check in, his computer stated that my appointment was complimentary. This continued for the next three appointments at which time he said I needed to buy more appointments. Dr Dunsky said "sorry, I forgot to take the "today's appointment is complimentary" off of your greeting." He then said I had to purchase a more expensive additional therapy to correct the injury that he caused. Bottom line, I didn't get a fair shake here, so I went to a different practitioner who has more state of the art equipment which is better maintained.
The therapies offered here are good, but I didn't feel the therapist was honest. A shame after such a long relationship. I hate to speak ill of people, but I don't think it is fair to you, the consumer, to be blind or silent after such an experience.

I am sorry you had a negative experience. I think there is a lot of misunderstandings regarding any policy change and the complimentary treatments which in fact were afforded to you. I think it is quite unfortunate that you went from telling my staff and I almost every visit you had over the past 6 years you treated, that we saved your life, to all of a sudden being convinced by someone that your, "nerve was bruised." I a'm glad you are feeling better and wish you the best. Dr Dunsky.
