Dr. Longwe is very personable and approachable. He makes himself available at any time if you have questions and is patient and understanding. The staff is warm and friendly and responsive to a patient's apprehensiveness. They all go out of their way to help you have a very professional and productive experience.
Once or twice there was a slight delay in seeing the Dr., but was told it was uncontrollable.
Pros far outweigh the cons!

I was so impressed by the first visit at this place.Friendly staff ,make my son more comfortable and happy.Honestly nothing better to bring me back.Excellent service from the service desk to the back office.Outstanding people.

The doctor, surgical assistants and the entire staff are very friendly, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. The team is very helpful and always smiling. The doctor is well versed in his craft and the service is great. The equipment is state of the art and the results are very satisfactory. The most important part of the service is gracious, prompt and caring attention and accommodation and the fact the they provide a one stop shop experience. They have done an excellent job for my mom and I recommend them to any one without hesitation.

Exceedingly amiable staff. From the moment we walked in and were greeted at the front desk to the technicians to Dr. Longwe, himself, everyone made us feel at home and at ease. Oral surgery is never fun but the people at Dulles Oral Surgical Center took such good care of us from our consult to our surgery even to our follow up phone call, of which they made two just to be sure we were okay, that I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for an oral surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Longwe and staff! You make getting wisdom teeth removed much less painful. :)
