Dr. Brown is a truly caring optometrist and person. If you want a quality experience he is the person to go to. He is always informative about any potential issues or solutions that might be available to you as a patient. Pretty much all of my family are or have been patients. Highly recommend his office and staff.

I did not have an appointment with Dr. Brown. I just ordered new lenses for my sunglasses. The office seemed very busy and full of assistants, yet I had to ask for help. It appeared that only one of the girls was working while several others chatted. Once I got helped, the assistant was knowledgeable and organized. She gave good advice.

I can always get an appointment in a timely manner. All personnel, including Dr Brown, are extremely professional. He is knowledgeable and explains things in a clear manner. He has a kind, gentle demeanor. He's been my optometrist for around 20 years.

It has been 10 years since I have been seen but as always I was greeted with a smile and treated very well by all. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown as he provides excellent customer service and quality products. I am still using the same two pairs of glasses I got 10 years ago. They have out lasted 4 pairs of glasses from other providers and are still going strong. Do yourself, your eyes and your wallet a favor and go visit Dr. Brown !!! The Best Money I've ever spent.
