I went there with a broken tooth on my upper dental plate,after charging me three hundred dollars to replace it.It came out a month later and it was the old tooth.I went to one in Godfrey and they put a new tooth in for one hundred and three dollars and it's still there.Beware.

After arriving at the dental office, I had to wait in a very cold reception area for thirty-five minutes. Since the television was off, I could only stare out of the window. At this point a white female patron entered the reception area and the television came on immediately. This communicated to me that some people are more important while others like myself are insignificant.
I was then directed back to the dental area. My appointment was 9:00 A. M., but I was not seen until 10:00 A. M. I was very frustrated at this point. After being served for a few minutes, the hygienist left the room without saying a word. Twenty minutes later, I wanted to knw if she was finished. She replied ,"No!"
I find this extremely neglectful. I don't think it is appropriate to walk away from a patient without giving them a word of assurance. Had I known that things were going to go so bad ,I would have taken an aspirin.
This was an unsatisfactory visit for me.
