I had the all-on-6 implants with what was supposed to be a hybrid bridge. What I got was a wax denture with the top teeth setting too far out from the bottom teeth. My denture look nothing like the model I was show which I thought I was getting. Now I'm stuck with the expense of having this monstrosity removed and another hybrid/porcelain bridge installed.

I had the all on Six Bridge done. My teeth is nothing like the model shown. I was suppose to get a hybrid bridge but I got an ugly looking denture with gums in front and too much wax on my palate which affects my speech. When I complained about my teeth not looking like the model shown they offered my an upgrade for thousands of dollars. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

I dont have any problems with the work that is done but was surprised that I was sent for a cleaning and it not be covered. No one had told me ahead of time about it and yes I needed it but was surprised to know how much it cost . I figured anything that happens there would be a part of the work agreed on and this wasnt.

a new hygienist saw me for the first time. she had a difficult time and unable to floss because she could not get through.so it wasted alot of time and I had to leave and did not get polished.

Started as Dr. Li's patient, but never get to see her anymore- seems like you never know who is going to be treating you-this I don't like. Last appt. I had should have taken an hour max-it was for a denture re-lining-though the dentist was nice and did her best, the procedure took more than 2 hrs.-and dentures still did not fit well-it seems like many times they take on more than they can handle. And I definitely would like to see the dentist I orginally started out with!

Although I am very happy with the quality of the work and attentiveness of your practice, I was told you were going to join with Delta Dental insurance. As it did not come to fruition, I simply can't afford the cost of dental work without my insurance covering the the majority of the cost. My out of pocket for my last visit was $82. If you were a preferred provider on my plan, I would have paid nothing. Sorry but, if you won't join my insurance, I must choose another dentist.

Great staff, very friendly and professional. They made me feel very comfortable.
